Hey, we got some stuff!

Just a quick update to let you know we got some of our books - looks like what they call "student pages" (workbooks) for every subject, and "supplemental materials" (in this case, a map and a globe) for History. UPS assures me the rest will be here on Wednesday, so we should be all set by then. In the meantime, I assume (I haven't really looked at it yet) that now that I have workbooks I won't have to print so much stuff off the online school.

We are having a great time, Charlie is totally enjoying himself, as am I. We went to our first "field trip" on Friday, it was a picnic. We got there late and didn't stay long because it was one of those days, but we met Charlie's teacher Heather McCasland (HI Heather!) and the kids both had a good time playing at the park. Next up is...well I thought I could tell you because I thought my dayplanner was right here, but I thought wrong. Guess you'll have to wait and see! :)
